Hoy me levanté a las 5 a.m. a verlas y una nube muy densa me tapaba el cielo... Espero que el año entrante las condiciones sean mejores!!!!!!!!!

Este acontecimiento me hizo pensar en lo diminutos que somos, y que más allás de nuestra frontera planetaria existe todo un Universo que se mueve sin parar, se crea y destruye y no nos pide permiso para hacerlo. Nos creemos los dueños del mundo y sólo poseemos un granito de arena de un puñado. Pobres ilusos... Si la vida en la tierra acaba, el universo sigue su curso sin ni si quiera inmutarse...

El fin de semana pasado pude apreciar Escorpión en todo su esplendor, con Antares latiendo al máximo, y también vi un satélite artificial y 2 estrellas fugaces. Sigo empeñada en observar el cielo, me encanta!!!!!!!!! y es un heabito que había perdido por estar concentrada en las cosas mundanas de la existencia humana.

I am commenting on the snackios artwork that you have posted on this website.

You might have not done enough research while first using the word snackios. We are already a brand. My website is [link] and we have been producing chips for 6 years.

The link is an image of the label we have been using for 6 years.

Kindly remove your artwork as soon as possible. I have also emailed the company Gold Mills. We sell our products to over 1,000 stores and your images and use of our name is conflicting with my business.

Hello jrnazarian,

This was a work i did 2 years ago as a propposal, but actually never got aproved by the client, it was never published and Gold Mills is no longer my client, so they have nothing to do with it. I posted it as a showcase of my design work, and didn't intend any harm. When it was proposed we did our research for the name in Panama (Gold Mills is a company from that country) and the snackios name was to be registered in Panama. But as i told you before, it never was aproved. Just for curiosity: how can my work here be trouble to your brand? Where is your brand registered? I intend no commercial use for this image, I posted here just to portray my work.

I'd really appreaciate your answers.

Hello Picca,

Thank you for your prompt reply. It is in the process of being registered in the U.S. I know that Gold Mills in Panama. Our products are also in the process of being shipped to Brazil therefore it was a concern of mine. When you type in Snackios in google, your pictures are coming up. This is a conflict as my supermarket buyers will also do the same searches and will cause major confusions.

It is not my intention to have you take out the photos our of your collection, but please do not post it on this site under the name snackios. This is already my brand. The logo you used is 90% like my original label font and also the same with my colors. If you need to see my other labels, I will show you. It is the same concept. So close that I thought that you have seen our labels first and then designed your artwork.

I've alreday changed the name tag, but I want to let you know that I didn't see your artwork before designing my packages, although the graphic concept is similar, It is an original artwork and I did my research in that time and when I googled the name sanckios, nothing appeared. I also noticed you have two kinds of designs, the one you have in your web page and the other in the packaging (the blue one, is the one that presents similarities, is it the actual package or the brown?). I'm a very ethic professional and I do not copy work, I spent 5 years in college and I have 8 years working in an advertising agency, and it is my policy, as well as the company's, not to copy designs, I believe this was a unfortunate creative coincidence. As you may see, it was the work of designing a complete family of packages, and the blue one is just one of the references.

Then I must say you are a good designer! We think alike... If you want, I will forward to you the set of my labels. We have 6 flavors and each one is the same design but just different cholor schemes. We have 2 sets of packaging for different types of stores. The brown scheme bag is new for a different set of stores and we still use the labels for our original customers. The labels have been used for close to 6 years now.

I appreciate that you changed the name tag. Thank you!
